I'm Adrian McGee, MBA, founder of Systems Acceleration.
We are a Columbus, Ohio marketing company that builds selling systems: complete campaigns that turn attention into measurable results. Since 2021, we have served more than 200 businesses and organizations, and I have personally trained over 5,000 people across corporate, community, and nonprofit settings.
Before founding the company, I spent seven years inside corporate environments, including Fortune 500 companies, in continuous improvement roles. I led trainings, facilitated workshops, and improved how departments and systems perform. That work included enterprise improvement initiatives alongside McKinsey consultants, where I learned how the largest organizations diagnose problems and drive change.
I hold an accounting degree from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from Franklin University, completed while working full time.
